Booking and Appointments

  • All dogs must be current on C5 vaccination for boarding and daycare services
  • Cats must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu
  • Pets showing signs of contagious illness may not be admitted
  • We may refuse service to aggressive animals

Liability

While we take the utmost care with all animals:

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions
  • We are not responsible for any underlying health issues that become apparent during your pet's stay
  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care and you will be responsible for associated costs
  • We are not liable for damage to collars, clothing, or accessories left with your pet
